What do you need to build your own Tapeless Deck? Besides the kit, you'll need the necessary tools and DIY skills - both mechanical and electronic. In fact, there's a lot of mechanical work to mount the player inside cassette compartment - cutting, sawing, drilling... You have to completely rebuild cassette door and hinges to allow full opening and access to the screen. Electrical part of work is also complexed - integrating the phone with deck audio circuits, installing independent power source for the phone, some tricks to force the deck for working without cassette, etc...
Remember that there is no simple recipe to make Tapeless Deck :) Each deck is built in different way - each time it is a kind of experiment. The modification is demanding and a bit risky. Please keep in mind that I can not guarantee that you will succeed in making your Tapeless Deck. It depends only on your manual skills and a bit of luck :)
